Description

The Hair Extension Loop Needle, also known as a pulling loop tool or wire threader, threads natural hair through small beads, tubes, or rings during semi-permanent extension installation. Specifically, this metal wire loop version uses a flexible, teardrop-shaped design capable of holding dozens of pre-loaded beads at once.

How the Tool Works

A stylist first pre-loads several micro-beads onto the wire loop. Next, they grab a section of the client’s natural hair and place it inside the loop. Finally, they pull the tool down, which smoothly slides a bead off the wire and onto the natural hair strand.

• Metal Wire Loop — A flexible, teardrop-shaped wire loop that holds dozens of beads at once, which speeds up the installation process considerably.
• Plastic / Nylon Loop — This variant functions identically to the metal loop but uses flexible plastic filaments. As a result, it stays gentler on fragile hair, though it wears out faster over time.
• Latch Hook Needle — Instead of a closed loop, this version uses a microscopic latch hook that opens and closes to grab and pull hair through the ring.
